Payment methods

You can pay for your order by card, in cash, cash on delivery, or by bank transfer. For ordering a bike from the supplier, we usually require payment by invoice in advance.

Shipping options

You can choose delivery by DPD courier, to Packeta pickup points, or in-store pickup. In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours. Free shipping for orders over €300.

How do we ship bikes

Before handing over or shipping a bicycle, we assemble, inspect, and adjust it. When shipping, we loosen the handlebars, remove the front wheel and pedals (if included), and pack the bike securely in a box.

Did you find a better price?

If you found a better price for the product we have in our e-shop, click the link in the product card, send us the amount and the link to the cheaper product. We will let you know if we can match the price.
