How do you rent a bike?
1/ Choose the date, time and duration of the rental in the rental.velocity.sk form. If you choose an interval shorter than 24 hours, the system calculates one day. But if you choose a rental interval, e.g. from 12.7 at 11:00 a.m. to 13.7. 12:00 a.m., the system already calculates two days of rental.
2/ Choose your bike/bikes and accessories and add them to the cart.
3/ Complete the order in the basket. After payment of the order (exclusively online payment by card), you have a bicycle / bicycles reserved. Without online payment the reserviation will invalid. You will also receive an email about it.
4/ Pick up the bicycle/bicycles at the time you indicated in the reservation in pickup location near the Velocity store at Lamačská cesta 8 in Bratislava. You will prove yourself with a valid document and sign the contract and the acceptance protocol.
5/ Return the bicycle/bicycles at the time specified in the reservation.
6/ After returning the bike, we will check it and within 2 working days we will return the amount of the deposit reduced by the amount of the rent to the account from which the payment for the order came.
Collection and delivery of bicycles is possible only during our opening hours. On Sundays and holidays, pick-up or return at our store is not possible.

Accessories cannot be ordered online yet, but we have classic, SPD and road pedals, helmets and Wahoo GPS navigation in our offer. If you are interested in something, just write it in the notes when ordering.
And if you are interested in 10 or more bicycles, write to us at rental@velocity.sk and we will come up with agreement.
